Shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. Our company cooperates with the ELTA Courier service and all their charges can be found at https://www.elta-courier.gr/
In particular, shipping costs are:
a. Charge for orders under 79 € and for deliveries within Greece the shipping is charged according to the respective price list of ELTA Courier
b. Charge for orders over 79 € within Greece is free
a. Charge for orders under € 1,000 for countries served by the Express Mail Service (EMS) shipping costs are charged based on the list of ELTA Courier.
b. Charge for orders over € 1,000 for countries served by the Express Mail Service (EMS) shipping costs will be free.

As stated in Art. 5 of our Terms of Service, any return expenses will be covered by the buyer.
If the country of destination is Greece, and for orders above 79 € , when you choose to change & swap a product with another product of ours of equal worth, we will cover the shipping costs of the first time you change & swap it, but if you choose to swap and change it again you will be burdened with the cost of shipping.
The product prices shown on the webpage are final retail prices. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
For orders that shipping costs are not free, the shipping costs shall be borne by the final receiver and paid by him upon receipt, except in the case of a special agreement. Triantafyllos Jewels is not required to issue a shipping cost document and reserves its rights not to issue such a document. The transfer is also the responsibility of the final receiver. The choice of the carrier is made in such a way as to ensure the safe transport of the products at the best prices and with the best service. When picking up the product, carefully check the carrier’s presence. In case of damage, the carrier is responsible for the damages, which is in excellent condition and is obliged to deliver it in good condition.
